Pleasant staff, highly convenient location and superb breakfast. The family queen room was generous sized and newly decorated. A market and a night market were right next door. Quiet garden and excellent pool area.

Delicious breakfast, very pretty location and VERY PROFFESIONAL staff. A spectacular a la carte restaurant was open on site. Our double room was adequate and air conditioned, had sea view. They provided individual service too. Plus their wifi was efficient.

Location and rooms where impressive, I had a really enjoyable experience here. I got free upgrade and loved it. The bed was comfy and there were a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning and an iron to use. The hotel was a couple of blocks away from the heart of Hanoi. Late check out too.
